Learning maps allow a visual, quicker and more engaging learning process. They offer a novel and effective way of involving the members of an organization around the fundamental issues of the business. Participants explore elements in the Learning Map through the use of cards with content and questions, activities, and additional tools.

We have helped our clients with their culture-building, onboarding and communication initiatives on important topics like values, business processes and general knowledge about the company by means of learning maps.  

The functionality of the Learning Map can be extended through the development of Augmented Reality content capsules. This allows participants to explore the learning map in a more interactive, engaging, and entertaining way by displaying 3D animations of various map objects (on a mobile device such as a smartphone or iPad). In addition to the animation, there is explanatory audio of the different concepts shown on the map...
