Roberto Reyes
CEO

Roberto Reyes has a master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico.
He is also a certified ontological coach by Newfield Network and has taken its Advanced Coaching Program of Embodiment and Movement. He is an accredited coach and primal dance professor by the School of Transpersonal-Integral Psychology (Argentina). Also, he is a certified practitioner by the Philosophy-in-Business Institute (California) and has taken the Leadership Maturity Coach training by the Center for Leadership Maturity (California).
Roberto is passionate about human and organizational development, integral theory, and the evolution of consciousness and leadership maturity. He consults with companies from different industries on leadership, organizational development, learning, coaching, and DEI topics. In the social arena, he collaborates with organizations and groups to support their personal and organizational development through coaching and group facilitation.
He lives in Monterrey, Mexico, with his wife and two daughters.

Lilia Escamilla
​
Associate Partner

Graduated from the Social Communication Sciences career, Lilia is a specialist in Learning, Talent Development, and executive development programs. She worked for more than 30 years in international PepsiCo, leading different roles in Operations, Sales, and mainly in Human Resources.
In addition to her professional experience, she has a master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of Monterrey and a certification as an Executive Coach from Cambria Consulting Inc. She is also certified in Hogan by Hogan Assessment Systems, as an Inspirational Speaker by the Speak Institute to Inspire, and as an Organizational Design Leader by Kates Kesler Organization Consulting. To complement her training, she was certified as a facilitator in Mentoring by Growing Up Management Consulting and in Love' EM or Lose EM through Career System International.

Currently, she collaborates with companies from different industries on issues related to leadership, organizational development, coaching, diversity and inclusion, and action learning programs. She is a partner and Sr. Consultant at Ativa Consulting Group. Additionally, she is a passionate reader and loves cats. 

Sofía Rodríguez

Instructional Designer

Sofía has a bachelor's degree in Educative Sciences and a master’s degree in Educational Institutions Administration. As a Catholic church member, she used to wonder how best to use her knowledge and abilities to serve others. As a result, she understood that her mission is to strive to live the Christian values in her profession continuously.
She started forging herself as an instructional designer at the National Center of Intensive Training (CNCI) in Monterrey, where Sofía worked for one year. After that, she became part of our team: Ativa.

She enjoys reading and keeps developing abilities that lead her to be always prepared for greater challenges and innovation in her professional area: instructional design. Sofía has no doubts about her life mission and commits herself to accomplish it. She is a woman who bets on life and lives it one step at a time. No rush, no pause.

Alondra Camacho
​Instructional Designer

Alondra has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology of Work and Organizations. She graduated with honors from the University of Monterrey. She is a cheerful and helpful person who has been involved in different leadership and community service activities, including the executive board of her career, the direction of ANERI, and the co-foundation of the Learn.Teach.Serve voluntary service. She also likes to participate in activities at her church, and for two years, she taught the Wellness 360 co-curricular class at UDEM, as wellness is  a topic that she is passionate about. ​
​
On a personal level, Alondra is an empathetic and happy person, who likes challenges, learning new things, being in contact with nature, sharing God's love, and connecting with people. Loved and supported by her husband, family, friends, and close people, she seeks to positively impact society through her profession and lifestyle and enjoy every moment of life. 

Montserrat Potes
​Instructional Designer

Montserrat has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Monterrey and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Gender and Care with a Latin American Perspective at CLACSO - UTE. They is passionate about human development and mental well-being, she seeks to improve the quality of life for priority attention groups by fostering inclusive and safe workspaces with a gender and intersectional perspective.

They are constantly inspire by the human mind and how each person connects with other people and nature. Their interest in human connection inspires them to work with groups and teams in and outside work environments as they enjoy team sports like rugby and soccer. "Team work makes the dream work.​​"

Yoselin Cristóbal
​Instructional Designer

Yoselin is a final-year student in Educational Sciences at the University of Monterrey, soon to graduate in June 2025. Her career path has focused on training and organizational development, collaborating with companies such as Lapzo and Schneider Electric, as well as organizations like DIF San Pedro.
Passionate about human development, she has volunteered as an English instructor for adults at Universidad de Barrios, believing that continuous learning is key to well-being and greater access to opportunities.
She also has a strong interest in research applied to problem-solving, which has led her to collaborate on studies involving virtual reality for skill development and competency-based education. She firmly believes that research is a powerful tool for social improvement.
She stands out for her enthusiasm and genuine interest in connecting and with people. Her curiosity for learning has led her to explore various fields, including hiking, fashion, community development, and dance.

Olga de la Garza
​Instructional Designer

Olga is the youngest sister of two men; she is married without children.
She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Monterrey and completed a master's degree in Brief Systemic Psychotherapy. She frequently complements her professional area with various diplomas, courses, and books. She likes being self-taught, being surrounded by learning and updating herself to offer quality at her work and social relationships. She frequently seeks and allows herself to be surprised by the simplest things in life.
Her different professional activities are focused on education and human development, which are connected to her life purposes. She is very inspired by nature and sunsets, but especially by sunrises. She likes to be surrounded by people who contribute new ideas and knowledge in topics related to life, taking the role of listening and paying attention. Her axes in life are freedom, flexibility, balance, wonder, questioning, openness, creating experiences and knowledge, and the balance between time to be alone and with others. All this is related to the pleasure of traveling and getting to know different ways of life, landscapes, modes, and customs without neglecting stability.
